THE STORY

What awaits your team

Cartoons & Animation is the trivia format that exposes which decade your team grew up in. Three rounds across Saturday-morning classics, Disney/Pixar's deep catalogue, anime arcs, and the streaming-era originals.

Round one is the classic recall — match the character to the show, name the studio behind a specific film, identify the voice actor from a description. Round two flashes opening shots from cartoons across decades and asks you to name the series. Round three is the theme-song round — DuckTales, Pokémon, Adventure Time, Bluey, Spirited Away's "One Summer's Day". Sing-along is the bonus round.

Cross-generational teams have a real edge. The forty-year-olds know the Tiny Toons opening cold; the early-twenties team knows the Bluey theme without thinking. Run mid-day; the energy is high and nobody hates singing under their breath.

GAME STAGES

Inside the experience — 3 stages

Studio Lot

Stage 1

Studio Lot

Themed round: name the studio (Pixar vs DreamWorks vs Disney vs Studio Ghibli), match the voice actor, place the show in its decade. The round where someone finally gets to use their useless DuckTales fact.

Frame One

Stage 2

Frame One

Video round: opening shots from cartoons across the eras — DuckTales, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Spirited Away, Bluey, The Simpsons. Name the show. Bonus point if you also name the studio.

Theme Tune Throwback

Stage 3

Theme Tune Throwback

Audio round: theme songs from cartoons across the eras. Sing along, type the title in time. Half the chat will be in caps lock by question five.
