THE STORY
A blizzard rolled in Friday night and snowed the Wintervald Hotel in by Saturday morning. The lift is down, the road won't clear until Monday, and one of the guests didn't make it through the night. Police can't get up the mountain. The hotel staff called your team because somebody on the property has to start asking questions before whoever did it gets a head start.
You work the hotel room by room, collect evidence, build theories and run the interrogations — but the team has a limited number of questions and a limited amount of time. Every detail and every puzzle narrows the list, and the trail runs from the guest floors through the dining hall where the body was found out to the family cemetery in the snow.
Five suspects are stuck under one roof, each with a story, a motive and something they would rather you didn't find. And the victim, whose last evening you have to reconstruct from what the survivors are willing to say.
Name the killer before the road clears. Or let them walk down the mountain ahead of you.
GAME STAGES
Stage 1
The storm has cut the hotel off and the investigation starts at the front door. Walk the floors, search the suspects' rooms and their luggage, open the box of symbols and the sliding-tile lock, and find the password hidden in plain sight. Attention to detail is the whole toolkit at this stage — the first theories are built from what most teams walk straight past.
Stage 2
With the first evidence in hand the team goes face to face with the suspects. Match each answer against what you found upstairs — and remember the question budget is fixed and does not refill. Ask about what actually matters, and catch people on the contradictions rather than on the lies you expected.
Stage 3
The trail leads to the dining hall where it happened. Read the room, solve the star puzzle that unlocks the next set of evidence, and reconstruct last night's dinner — who sat where, who left when, which detail nobody wants you to notice. From there it runs out to the snowbound cemetery, the stone slab and the crypt, where the last piece is waiting.
TEAM CHALLENGES
Every task in the game is built for a group. Puzzles, traps, interviews and boss fights are tuned so no one clears them alone — someone has to spot it, someone has to say it, and everyone has to act on it.

MAKE IT YOURS
Three layers of customization. Make the game distinctly yours.
TYPE 1
The arriving guest list is your real org chart. The hotel concierge greets your CEO by name; the new hire gets the room next to the suspect with the loudest snore. Adds a layer of recognition the whole game leans on.
TYPE 2
Wintervald rebrands as your company-themed retreat. Logo on the towels, your colors in the lobby, your tagline on the welcome card. The hotel becomes your space for the duration.
TYPE 3
Suspect motives get woven from internal team stories — the famous all-nighter, the project nobody mentions, the legendary off-site decision. Whoever was at the center of that story now has a reason to be on the suspect list.
