Yes. Companies booking multiple events per year (quarterly all-hands, multi-region rollouts, ongoing learning programs) qualify for volume discounts. Specifics depend on commitment level — discuss with sales.
Pricing uses tier ceilings, so small overages are absorbed within the booked tier. If your team grows past the tier before the event, contact us — we adjust to the next tier with the prorated difference. If fewer people turn up than you booked for, the price does not change: you are paying for the event, not per seat.
Full refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, free reschedule to any future date. For customization-included bookings, the customization portion may be non-refundable once production has begun.
