NEW ACTIVITY

Music Bingo for your team

Song clips play, players mark the titles on their cards, and the first full line wins. Play on phones, laptops or one big screen in the room.

  • Three modes: everyone for themselves, teams voting together, or a solo run against the clock
  • Answers lock when the clip ends, so tapping at random gets you nowhere
  • Prizes go one after another: first line, two lines, full card
  • join by QR or room code
  • 2 to 6 teams
  • browser, no installs

HOW A SONG PLAYS

Every song in three steps

  1. 01

    A clip plays

The title is hidden. The music plays in the room or on each player's phone.

  2. 02

    Recognize it, tap it

The square turns translucent and a 3-second bar runs, which is your window to cancel. Then the answer locks.

  3. 03

    The clip ends

The title is revealed. A right answer fills the square. A wrong one shows Miss.

One answer per song, and only while it plays. If a song isn't on your card, keep listening. Every card is different.

THREE MODES

One game, three ways to play

Each song round works the same way in every mode. What changes is whose card it is, how the answer counts and who wins. Pick a mode to see a recording from a real game.

Everyone for themselves

Each person plays their own card for personal prizes. Every card is different, so one song completes a line for one player and means nothing to another.

LINES AND PRIZES

Complete a line, press Bingo

A line is three marked squares in a row. On a 4×4 card it takes four, on a 5×5 card five.

  • row
  • column
  • diagonal
  1. 1First lineany single line
  2. 2Two linesany two lines on the same card
  3. 3Full cardevery square marked. This is the top prize, and the game ends after it.

Prizes go one at a time, and play continues between them. The Bingo button lights up once a card qualifies. Press it fast: if the same song completes someone else's card, whoever presses first wins. Winners' names appear on the big screen.

TRY IT

Play one round right here

Two songs in the middle row are already marked, and Rise Slow is playing now. Tap it, wait for the reveal, then call Bingo. Try Cancel, and try a wrong answer on purpose.

WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

Missed songs, wrong taps, closed tabs

  • No one has a line when the playlist ends

A replay round starts. Songs someone missed play again, and songs already marked don't repeat. If a prize is still open after that, the game ends and the stage still counts.

  • Tapped the wrong square

Press Cancel while the bar runs and pick another.

  • The answer went in, but it was wrong

The square shows Miss after the reveal. It doesn't fill, and there's no penalty.

  • Tapping at random

It doesn't pay. There's one answer per song, checked only at the end, so a wrong guess costs you that song.

  • Too late to answer

Once a clip ends, it can't be answered, and past songs can't be marked afterwards.

  • Closed the tab by accident

Rejoin, and the card and its marks are still there.

FAQ

Questions about Music Bingo

Yes. The music plays either in the room or on each player's phone, and everyone joins with the QR code or room code on the host screen. Share the host screen on your video call so remote players see the same countdown and prizes.

No. The card opens in a browser on a phone or laptop. Players join with the QR code or room code from the host screen, which puts everyone in the same game.

Everyone for themselves suits a room where people want personal prizes. Team mode suits groups you want talking to each other, because every answer is a vote. The solo timed run is for individual play on your own schedule, like an advent calendar or a marathon stage.

Team mode splits the room into two to six teams. Players pick a team before the start, and anyone who doesn't is placed in the smallest team so sizes stay even.

No. Each song takes one answer, only while it plays, and whether it was right shows only when the clip ends. A wrong guess means missing the song that was actually on your card.

When the playlist runs out and prizes are still open, a replay round plays the songs someone missed. Songs already marked don't repeat. If a prize is still open after that, the game ends and the stage still counts for the room.

Run time plus penalties: 10 seconds for each miss and 30 for each skip. Beat the target for full stage points, or get a share of them, never less than one tenth. The organizer sets the target as a time per song, 20 seconds by default.

Players should turn their sound up. If the browser asks, they tap Enable sound once and the clips play from then on.

They rejoin, and their card and marks are still there.

Music Bingo uses the same flat per-event ladder as every HeySparko game, from $550 for up to 15 people. The full ladder, customization and lead times are on the pricing page.
