THE STORY

What awaits your team

Food & Drink is the trivia format that ends with someone in your chat sharing the recipe they swear by. Three rounds across cuisines, cocktails, and the kitchen vocabulary that nobody quite remembers from culinary school.

Round one is the cuisine round — match the dish to the country, identify the technique, name the regional specialty. Round two flashes high-resolution photos of dishes and asks you to name them (and bonus for naming the country of origin). Round three is the bar — cocktail ingredient quizzes, songs about food and drink (PB&J, Cake by the Ocean, Watermelon Sugar).

Surprisingly bonding. Teams trade recipes mid-game and the chat fills with 'wait, that's how you make it?' moments. The leaderboard matters less than the photo of someone's grandma's coq au vin that ends up in Slack the next morning.

GAME STAGES

Inside the experience — 3 stages

Mise en Place

Stage 1

Mise en Place

Themed round: regional dishes, technique definitions, cocktail histories, the food-science questions that surprise everyone (why does wine pair with cheese?). The round that prompts the chat to start sharing dinner plans.

Cuisine Camera

Stage 2

Cuisine Camera

Photo round: a dish on a plate — name it, name the country, name the technique. Bonus point for the chef who made it famous.

Bar Soundtrack

Stage 3

Bar Soundtrack

Audio round: songs about food and drink, restaurant scenes from films (Big Night, Tampopo, Chef), kitchen-show theme songs. The round where the foodie and the music nerd somehow tie.
