THE STORY

What awaits your team

Santa's clock hands have been stolen and time has stopped at the North Pole. Without the hands, Christmas Eve never comes. The thief scattered the hands across four fantastical worlds — postapocalypse, cyberpunk, steampunk, and biopunk. Each world distorts time differently. Each one needs a different approach.

Your team starts at the clock tower, opens a portal, and chases the thief through the worlds. Negotiate with wasteland survivors. Disable cyberpunk security robots. Find gears in steampunk workshops. Decode bioluminescent signals in the biopunk jungle. Then track the thief through the time maze and face them in the final card-battle dialog.

Bring the hands back to Santa. Restart Christmas. Or watch the snow stop falling.

GAME STAGES

Inside the experience — 4 stages

Stage 1 visual — placeholder

Stage 1

The Clock Tower

Your team solves the puzzle that opens the clock tower's front door. The hands are gone, the mechanism is dead, time has frozen. A portal opens and pulls you to Santa's house, where the elves explain what's happened.

Stage 2 visual — placeholder

Stage 2

Chase Through the Worlds

An elf briefs the mission. Your team travels through four worlds chasing the hands: negotiate with wasteland survivors in the postapocalypse, disable security robots in cyberpunk, find gears in steampunk workshops, decode signals in the bioluminescent jungle of biopunk.

Stage 3 visual — placeholder

Stage 3

The Time Maze and Final Battle

Collect the lights scattered across the maze and pick up the thief's trail. The encounter resolves as a card-based battle dialog — your strategy and the team's coordination decide the outcome. Win and you return to Santa with all four hands.

Stage 4

Awards

The host runs through the team's answers, reviews how each puzzle was solved, announces the winning teams, and the session ends with a group photo. The hands reattach to the clock and time starts again at the North Pole.

MAKE IT YOURS

Customize Stolen Hours for your team

Three layers of customization. Make the game distinctly yours.

  • TYPE 1

Your team as the multi-world expedition

Each player gets a sci-fi alter-ego matched to one of the four worlds. CTO becomes the cyberpunk hacker, COO becomes the wasteland negotiator. Real org skills mapped to genre archetypes.

  • TYPE 2

    Your products as world artifacts

In each of the four worlds, the items the team trades or hacks are themed to your real products. The cyberpunk vault is your security feature; the steampunk gears are your engineering tools.

  • TYPE 3

Your end-of-year theme as the framing

The 'time stopped' framing maps cleanly onto year-end retrospectives — what got finished, what stayed unfinished, what time we wish we had back. Stage intros and outros reference your year.
