THE STORY

What awaits your team

The Dragon's Tear — an ancient crystal that has shielded the city for centuries — is gone from the burgomaster's chambers, taken from an alcove behind a red dragon tapestry. Your team arrives as the investigators of record. The burgomaster hands over a search warrant and one piece of advice: start with the church and the tavern.

This is a real investigation, not a guided tour. Search the witnesses — market baskets, priests' satchels, a Bible with a coded note tucked inside — collect evidence and solve what it points to. An alchemist's box with rotating dials. A philosopher's stone that has to be brewed from eight ingredients and a recipe you find on the way. Each stage runs on its own mechanic, and each one moves faster with more eyes on it.

You will deal with Burgomaster Philip, Father Paolo, an alchemist hiding behind a false statue, a dock trader, and a mute boy who saw the thief leave. At the closed hearing, five suspects sit in one room: Brunhilde, Hans the Fat, Bess, Rudiger and Mattias.

Down the abandoned well, past the pressure plates, the thief is waiting to be named.

GAME STAGES

Inside the experience — 3 stages

Stage 1

The city and the evidence

One lead at the scene: a violet liquid that ate through the lock. With a warrant in hand the team works the city, from the Drunken Dragon tavern to the church. Search witnesses, read the coded note, gather eight ingredients, brew the philosopher's solution from the recipe you found, and open the alchemists' hidden club behind a puzzle box of rotating dials.

Stage 2

The closed hearing

The burgomaster puts all five suspects in one room. No more walking the city — now it is only logic and how carefully you read stage one. Each question the team assembled from the evidence has to be aimed at someone, and the team votes on the target with a five-second window to change its mind. Aim right and the suspect slips or contradicts themselves. Aim wrong and you lose time on a false trail.

Stage 3

Docks, slums and catacombs

A tip about a trader at the docks sends the team into the slums. Three hidden coins buy a conversation with the street kids, who know where to find the one witness who actually saw the thief. The trail ends at an abandoned well: tie off the rope, climb down, get past the spike traps, weigh down four pressure plates at once, and open the last door.

TEAM CHALLENGES

What your team actually does

Every task in the game is built for a group. Puzzles, traps, interviews and boss fights are tuned so no one clears them alone — someone has to spot it, someone has to say it, and everyone has to act on it.

MAKE IT YOURS

Customize The Dragon's Tear for your team

Three layers of customization. Make the game distinctly yours.

  • TYPE 1

Your team on the suspect bench

The five suspects at the hearing become your leadership team, your mascot, or the characters from your own product world. The burgomaster who opens the case greets your CEO by name. Watching a colleague squirm under questioning is the part people talk about afterward.

  • TYPE 2

    Your brand inside the city

The stolen relic becomes your product, your award, or your anniversary artifact. Your crest hangs in the burgomaster's hall, your colors run through the tavern and the alchemists' club, and the evidence carries your marks.

  • TYPE 3

Your story as the case file

Company milestones become clues, and internal references become the coded note. Teams who know the story spot it three pieces of evidence early — which is precisely the reward you want for people who have been paying attention.

Most popular for: company anniversaries · Christmas corporate · major team celebrations
