HOW IT WORKS
One window a day, and that's it
No calls to schedule and no slot to find. A link arrives in the morning, people open the window on a break and get back to work.

Pick the window
Four to fourteen days. Four or five make a short run-up to the party; fourteen cover December's working days. Most teams pick two working weeks: fewer gaps, and more people reach the end.

We build the program
We fill the windows from seven task types and add questions about your company. You approve the lineup before launch.

Your team plays
A new window opens every day. A missed one doesn't expire: people can open it later while the calendar is running.

Finale and report
Each person gets a personal card, each team its own, and the company gets the finished tree plus an engagement report in CSV.

Seven task types, so it never gets stale
Nobody finishes fourteen identical quizzes. So the windows alternate: name a dish from a close-up today, a sound tomorrow, photograph your own tree the day after.

Tree battle and clementine spiral
The only windows that get people out of their chair: photograph your own tree, or a clementine peeled in one strip, and post it to the shared gallery. Uploads earn points; colleagues' votes pick the winners.

What people take with them
A personal card for each player, a team card for each department, and a big screen for the room if you hold a closing call. People pick their own design from 42, so they keep the card and pass it on, with your logo on it.
