LA STORIA
Cosa attende il Suo team
It is your first day and you walk straight into the meltdown. The server room is drowning in spam, the design floor caught a virus on its mood board, accounting is buried in product catalogs, and someone is already stringing lights on the roof. The anniversary party starts at sundown, and the only way up is through the entire building.
Every floor is a department with its own cast of coworkers and its own five-alarm problem. Each colleague comes with a short story and a puzzle nobody can finish alone. Solve it and they hand over a flash drive. Collect every drive on the floor and the elevator opens.
You will meet the IT guy who still has not worked up the nerve to ask the designer out for coffee, a client who wants a color that smells like rain and old books, a quarterly report that has to survive an obstacle course, and a colleague in a dinosaur suit who has misplaced the firework controls.
Four floors of chaos, one rooftop, and a firework your team sets off together.

Fase 1
Floor 1 — Server chaos
The IT department: server racks, developers, testers, and balloons left over from last year's party. Monitors glitch, the supply closet is a landslide of hardware, and spam bots are pouring through the mail server. Clear the closet with a round of server-room Tetris, catch a critical bug across three monitors at once, hold off the spam waves, then coach the shyest developer on the floor through asking a designer out for coffee while the team keeps his nerve from bottoming out.
Fase 2
Floor 2 — Creative mess
Graffiti on the walls, towers of pizza boxes, mood boards everywhere, and colleagues asleep under desks. This floor lives in permanent deadline mode. Reassemble a collage that a virus blew apart before the timer runs out, mix a client the exact color that sounds like jazz in a bar, then produce a logo with soul — expensive, friendly, and with a cat in it, obviously.
Fase 3
Floor 3 — Everything counts, everything burns
Filing cabinets, adding machines, and product catalogs scattered through every drawer. Up here the world is measured in numbers and deadlines, and one colleague is physically stuck behind a wall of boxes. Price a hardware quote by hunting down the right catalog, solve office equations where coffee and donuts stand in for numbers, carry the quarterly report through a full-speed obstacle run, and talk the boss into a rooftop keycard.
Fase 4
Floor 4 — The party you earned
Sunset, string lights, a banner reading Congrats on surviving the year, karaoke, beer pong, and an inflatable flamingo. Colleagues from every floor are up here. The currency is no longer flash drives but firework triggers, and the coworker in the dinosaur suit has lost all three. Win at beer pong on two controllers, survive the strict manager's karaoke set by balancing crowd energy against his stress, then split up: three triggers, one 2:30 timer, all of them armed at the same moment.
